U.S. Export Authority, Inc. (USEA), a California-based corporation founded in 1979, began offering contract assembly services in 1985 through its affiliated subcontractors in the Philippines.

By 1990, USEA expanded its services to include contract testing using customer-provided ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).

In 1996, USEA became the first company to offer contract analog test development services via its affiliate in the Philippines. These services encompassed test development, software and load board design, fabrication, debugging, and device correlation.

USEA remains focused on delivering advanced test services and engineering solutions to manufacturers of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor components.
